Manage acute and chronic conditions across various subspecialties, utilizing EMR systems like ECW for documentation. Administer treatments, provide patient education, and engage in telehealth consultations to expand access. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists in psychiatry, ophthalmology, Ob/Gyn, and more. Qualifications include a medical degree, active licensure, board certification or eligibility, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
