Nurse Practitioner

This full-time Nurse Practitioner role involves providing primary and preventive care to residents in long-term care facilities, managing acute changes in condition, and coordinating advanced and chronic care planning.

  • Prescribe medications, including controlled substances per legal guidelines.
  • Order, review, and follow up on treatments and diagnostic tests.
  • Maintain communication with nursing staff and collaborate with primary care physicians.
  • Work in person at the Kewanee, IL location.

  • Qualifications include: current NP license, board certification, DEA licensure, and experience in long-term care and geriatric populations.
