In-Home Therapist – Live Well Homecare

Full- and part-time positions available for In-Home Behavioral Health Services, including diagnostic assessments and treatment for youth and caregivers across Berkshire County.

Job requirements:

Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required.

Licensing (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) required within 6 months of eligibility.

Minimum of one year post-degree experience.

Strong diagnostic and treatment skills in mental health/substance abuse.

Experience in individual, group, and family counseling.

Knowledge of community resources and training in family therapy.

Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle required for outreach work.
