Evaluates, develops, and implements treatment plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and communicates progress to families and staff.
Performs comprehensive evaluations, documents services accurately, and manages billing and regulatory requirements.
Supervises clinical staff and supports professional development through education and peer interaction.
Contributes to a positive, safe, and team-oriented facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, safety practices, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification.
