Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D)

The Licensed Therapist provides direct psychological services to injured workers, focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and pain management.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, case management, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. The role involves working onsite in San Bernardino, documenting care in EMR systems, and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications include a valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist), experience with trauma and chronic pain populations, and proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as CBT and mindfulness. Bilingual Spanish skills and trauma treatment experience (e.g., EMDR) are preferred.
