We are seeking a dedicated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team.
Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care evaluations for acute and chronic conditions, including care for infants, children, and adults. Support patient self-management, coordinate care, and contribute to positive health outcomes within an interdisciplinary team. Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain licensure and certifications. Participate in population management and collaborate with other practitioners at the Wellness Center. Work part-time, initially covering Thursday PM and Friday shifts, with potential for increased hours. Requirements include valid medical license, osteopathic training or degree, DEA & Furnishing License, and comfort seeing at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift.
