Perform rapid patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize advanced diagnostics including imaging and radiology. Manage trauma, acute pain, and medical emergencies, coordinating with specialists as needed. Document encounters accurately using EHR systems while ensuring patient safety and HIPAA compliance. Lead resuscitation efforts and maintain infection control practices. Provide discharge planning and patient education for recovery. Requirements: Proven emergency medicine experience, critical care background preferred, proficiency with EHR systems, and familiarity with trauma center operations.
This contract role offers $250-$350/hour, with in-person work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
