Physician – Primary Care – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician to join our team in Lebanon, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus per contract year.

Key responsibilities include

delivering patient-centered care

coordinating through a team-based model

attending training and meetings

supporting continuity of care at various sites

collaborating with team members to meet clinic goals

Qualifications include

graduation from an accredited medical school

at least three years of primary care residency

Missouri medical license

current BLS certification
