We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee staff assignments and supervise resident care, ensuring quality care aligns with policies and the Director of Nursing’s guidance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Kansas licensure
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Complete RN record-keeping during resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures
- Coordinate resident transfers and discharges
- Supervise staff, investigate complaints, and report to the DON
- Conduct daily resident checks and communicate resident status
