The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology provides patient-centered care under physician supervision at a clinic in Lubbock, Texas.
Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages gastrointestinal and liver conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Develops treatment plans, prescribes medications, and educates patients on disease management and lifestyle changes. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, maintains accurate documentation, and adheres to legal and ethical standards. Requires a Master’s degree in Nursing, current Texas NP license, national certification, and at least one year of experience, preferably in gastroenterology.
