We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our therapy team at a youth crisis center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma-informed care, to help students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. They conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, participate in treatment team meetings, and ensure timely documentation of progress. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and may require evening or weekend call support.
**Requirements:**
– Current licensure (Ph.D., Psy.D., CSW, LCSW, MFT, ACMHC, or CMHC)
– Background screening clearance
– Experience in mental health, substance abuse, and family treatment
– Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
