Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Seeking a California Registered Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech and language therapy services to patients.

Evaluate patient abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

Administer rehabilitative services and observe patient progress.

Prepare regular progress reports and discharge documentation.

Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for evaluation and treatment.

Educate and supervise patients, families, and staff in therapy methods.

Assess home environments and make relevant recommendations.

Participate in staff development and ongoing education.

Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications include ASHA certification, a Master’s degree in speech pathology, at least one year of adult patient experience, and licensure by the California Board.

Work is on the road, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, offering benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
