Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
- Evaluate, treat, and develop plans to improve patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members; document services accurately.
- Supervise clinical staff and assist in professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and billing requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate patient progress and contribute to care conferences.
- Maintain safety standards, uphold professional standards, and foster a positive facility culture.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, California license, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
