Seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide assessment, intervention, and program planning services in a rehabilitation setting.
Develop individualized care plans and help patients regain or develop communication skills. Monitor and modify treatment as needed, collaborating with healthcare teams and engaging with patients and families. Participate in conferences, discharge planning, and departmental improvement projects. Qualifications include a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology; two years of experience preferred.
