Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments.
Perform hearing, speech, and language assessments; evaluate test results and medical background. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; educate patients and families on communication strategies. Maintain detailed reports, coordinate paperwork, and manage caseloads for administrative purposes. Create group and individual activities to address communication and swallowing issues. Participate in team meetings, IEP planning, and intervention sessions. Instruct clients in techniques like sign language or lip reading. Requirements include a graduate degree in an accredited therapy program, 3-5 years of experience or equivalent, and a valid NJ Speech Therapist license.
