We are seeking a *Licensed Clinical Therapist* to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adolescent students, focusing on trauma-informed care. They provide individual, family, and group therapy to help students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience, assisting them in applying these skills in daily life.
Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive clinical services, participating in treatment and IEP team meetings, maintaining documentation, and adhering to program rules. Flexibility for after-hours calls may be required.
Candidates must hold a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT, etc.), pass background checks, and preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in mental health, substance abuse, and family treatment is desired.
