Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a *Home-Based Therapist* to provide in-home, intensive therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, MI.

Deliver clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct regular home visits to support parenting, behavior management, and family relationships.

Maintain consistent contact with families, act as a liaison with community agencies, and provide crisis stabilization during weekdays and on-call hours.

Document progress and advocate for families by connecting them with community resources. Participate in program planning and community education.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology; Michigan licensure; minimum 2 years experience with children and families preferred; valid driver’s license; willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement.
