Seeking a California Registered Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech and language therapy services in Santa Clara County, Peninsula, and surrounding areas.
Evaluate patients’ speech and language abilities; develop and implement treatment plans.
Perform rehabilitative services; observe, document, and report patient progress every 30 days or at discharge.
Select and administer diagnostic and therapeutic techniques; educate patients and families on therapy methods.
Assess home environments; participate in staff development and in-service training.
Qualifications include ASHA certification, a Master’s degree in speech pathology, at least 1 year of adult patient experience, and California licensure.
This full-time or part-time role offers a salary of $100,000–$150,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Work involves travel and on-call responsibilities, primarily Monday to Friday.
