Family Medicine Physician

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards, HRSA guidelines, and regulations.

  • Deliver direct care across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive services, and women’s health.
  • Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate referrals.
  • Participate in quality improvement, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and document accurately using EMR systems.
  • Maintain licensure, certifications, and adhere to privacy laws.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for supervision, on-call duties, and travel between sites.

  • Qualifications include MD/DO, residency completion, board certification, licensure, and experience in primary care or underserved communities. Compensation ranges from $200K-$250K with benefits like insurance, CME allowance, loan repayment, and retirement. Tri-State Community Healthcare Center is an equal opportunity employer.
