Nurse Practitioner

The Advanced Practice Provider role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, writing orders, and collaborating with staff and physicians.

Deliver exceptional care and communicate effectively with team members.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.

Provide services aligned with policies and regulations.

Required skills include excellent communication, empathy, organization, and teamwork. Preference for at least one year of relevant experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, hospitalist, or general practice.

Active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification are required.
