Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers work independently as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic patient care with support from established protocols, a dedicated team, and clinical leadership.
Clinical duties include assessing, diagnosing, treating, performing procedures, ordering diagnostics, prescribing medications, and patient education.
Environment supports 3–4 patients/hour, with fully equipped clinics, on-site diagnostics, and efficient workflows. Schedule: 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, no on-call, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for extra shifts with higher pay.
Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour ($103K–$131K annually), plus incentives, signing, and relocation bonuses. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), HSA, malpractice coverage, loan repayment, PTO, CME allowance, and holidays.
Qualifications: NC licensure or eligibility, BLS, ACLS, 1+ years’ experience preferred, strong clinical judgment, and patient-centered care approach.
