Outpatient Therapist – Live Well Homecare

Seeking an experienced Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Minot, ND, to provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Walk alongside patients, advocate for their needs, and connect them with resources to achieve their mental health goals.

Conduct therapy sessions, groups, and family therapy as appropriate.

Provide diagnoses using DSM-V and coordinate care with other providers.

Adjust treatment plans to meet individual needs.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate degree and licensure as LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota or the ability to obtain it. Valid driving record required.
