The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides comprehensive outpatient family medicine care under supervision at the Prineville Clinic.
Works full-time, with at least 36 hours dedicated to patient contact, participating in a shared call rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Deliver evidence-based diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and coordinate services within a Medical Home model, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostics, educate patients, and document all care accurately in the EHR. Support quality improvement initiatives, uphold professional standards, and ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements. Qualifications include a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing, current licensure, certification, and experience in outpatient family medicine, with preferred familiarity in Medical Home and Epic EHR systems.
