We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.
Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function. Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care. Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems. Administer medications following HIPAA and aseptic techniques. Operate equipment safely for patient transfers. Collaborate on individualized care plans for patients with complex needs. Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families. Follow infection control protocols in various care environments. Support diverse patient populations in inpatient, outpatient, home, or community settings. Qualifications include a valid CNA license, experience in healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR systems, knowledge of clinical procedures, and ability to work independently.
