Speech Language Pathologist (Master’s Degree or Clinical Fellow)

We are seeking a fun, energetic pediatric speech-language pathologist or clinical fellow to join our growing private practice.

Our therapy model emphasizes providing quality one-on-one services through consistent contact with clients, families, and community support to optimize outcomes. We deliver evidence-based, collaborative, and positive therapy to enhance communication and feeding skills.

**Responsibilities include:**

Thorough documentation and report writing

Maintaining licensing and organized workspace

Building professional relationships with clients and colleagues

Scheduling and rescheduling services for optimal results

Following HIPAA guidelines and managing client data

Cleaning and disinfecting therapy materials and space

Collaborating with other providers as needed

Enrolling and re-attesting with CAQH

**Qualifications:**

Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program

Maryland licensure and ASHA CCC if fully licensed

**Details:**
Salary ranges from $64,000 to $80,000/year with bonus opportunities. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.

**Work schedule:** Full-time or part-time, in person, approximately 40 hours/week.
