Pediatrician

The Pediatrician (MD) provides comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic health management in alignment with FQHC standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Deliver direct patient care, including exams, screenings, immunizations, and treatment of pediatric conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, specialists, and families to ensure holistic, family-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Provide culturally competent care, patient education, and support for diverse populations.


  • Qualifications include an MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, active licensure, and experience in outpatient or underserved settings preferred. Bilingual skills and EMR proficiency are advantageous. The role offers a competitive salary ($220,000–$260,000), benefits, CME allowance, and opportunities for loan repayment assistance.
