Pediatrician – Live Well Homecare

The Pediatrician (MD) provides comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic health management in line with FQHC standards and regulations.

Perform well-child exams, diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric conditions, and conduct screenings and assessments.

Administer immunizations, provide anticipatory guidance, and coordinate referrals with specialists.

Prescribe medications, document encounters in EMR, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise clinical staff, and participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification or eligibility, active license, and experience in outpatient or underserved settings, with bilingual skills preferred.

Work is primarily in a clinical setting with physical demands such as standing and lifting. Benefits include competitive salary, comprehensive insurance, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage.
