Occupational Health Physician – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician (MD or DO) to join our fast-paced Occupational Health and Employer Services Centers in Medford, OR.

Provide treatment for work-related injuries, conduct employment physicals, and perform DOT physicals.

Must have prior Occupational Health experience and strong communication skills.

Ability to make independent decisions within a collaborative team environment.

Full-time position offering a competitive salary ($166,400 – $260,000/year) and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development.

Schedule includes 8- or 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday. Candidates must be licensed in MD or DO, able to commute to Medford, OR, and open to relocation with an employer-provided package.
