This full-time nursing leadership role involves overseeing nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Work hours: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. Shift differential of $3.50/hour. Responsibilities include supervising staff, administering medications and IV therapy, conducting resident rounds, and maintaining assessments and care plans. Requires a valid PA nursing license, at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and the ability to handle emotionally demanding situations.
