Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.

Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, including bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and document encounters accurately using EMR systems.

Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention, aiming to reduce rehospitalizations and complications.

Work autonomously with flexible scheduling and support ongoing wound care training.

Qualifications: Virginia licensure, wound care experience preferred but training provided, strong clinical and communication skills, reliable transportation, and home health experience is a plus.

Compensation: $55–$70/hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and flexible hours.

Full-time and part-time roles available, ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is a mobile position requiring travel within designated areas.
