RN Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to lead clinical operations during weekends in a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.

Act as the primary clinical decision-maker during weekend shifts, monitoring resident conditions and communicating with providers.

Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing issues in real-time.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among staff.

Qualifications: NM RN license, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and decision-making skills, excellent communication.
