Full-time RN Supervisor position with a 6:30PM – 6:30AM schedule, working three days per week with rotating weekends and holidays.
Shift differential of $3.50/hour provided. Responsible for overseeing nursing care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations, and meeting residents’ medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Requires RN license in PA, at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and ability to administer IV therapy. Supervises LPNs and Nursing Assistants, participates in care planning, and addresses operational issues during resident rounds. Includes physical demands, equipment management, enforcing regulations, and handling emotionally challenging situations.
