Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are hiring a part-time LCSW for geriatric psych services in long-term care facilities, supporting elders with behavioral health needs.

Provide direct psycho-social assessments, diagnosis, and treatment, including individual, group, and family therapy.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.

Manage 10-15 patient visits daily with flexibility for scheduling.

Utilize electronic medical records and adhere to Medicare documentation guidelines.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LCSW license, and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare/Nursing Home settings.
