This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
They assess, diagnose, and develop individualized, person-centered habilitation plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key duties include conducting social evaluations, delivering individual and group therapy, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to integrate mental health care.
They engage with families and caregivers, support staff through training, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, and strong assessment, therapy, and crisis management skills.
This role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and availability for on-call duties.
