We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice, offering full-time or part-time roles with benefits and a competitive salary starting at $250,000 annually.
The provider will deliver medical oversight and patient care across subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include documentation, quality assurance, utilization management, peer reviews, and supporting practice operations and strategic plans.
The role requires experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, licensure and certification in the state, and the ability to work independently, with reliable transportation for facility visits. Participation in medical staff duties, safety standards, and scholarly activities is expected.
