Seeking a licensed, board-eligible or certified psychiatrist for a full-time role in a mental health clinic serving adults with severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring conditions.
**Responsibilities include:**
Providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and recovery-oriented, person-centered care.Developing and implementing wellness and recovery programs with an interdisciplinary team.Leading supervision and collaboration with primary care and substance use services.Engaging patients and families, supporting social inclusion, and promoting community partnerships.**Qualifications:**
Massachusetts medical license, DEA, and malpractice insurance.Experience with psychopharmacology, especially complex treatments like clozapine.Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and interdisciplinary teamwork.**Details:**

Salary: $229,000-$235,000/year
