Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, vital signs, and restorative services, while respecting their dignity and rights. Support residents’ independence and well-being by monitoring their condition, communicating changes to nursing staff, and promoting a resident-centered environment. Ensure safety and compliance by adhering to infection control, safety protocols, HIPAA regulations, and documenting care accurately. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate has completed an approved Nursing Assistant Program, is current on certification, and possesses strong communication, resilience, and interpersonal skills.
