Wound Care Nurse Practitioner – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our mobile wound care team in Providence, RI, as 1099 independent contractors. This flexible, weekday-only role offers full schedule autonomy, with no weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities.

Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Apply advanced dressings, negative pressure wound therapy, and biologics.

Perform debridement and conservative wound procedures.

Monitor for infection, adjust care plans, and educate patients and caregivers on wound management.

Accurately document patient encounters in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications include an active Rhode Island ARNP license, prescriptive authority, national certification, BLS certification, and relevant wound care or procedural experience. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required. Compensation is up to $200,000+ annually, with malpractice insurance provided.
