Seeking a full-time RN Clinical Supervisor for night shifts (Tuesday–Friday, 4pm–2am, plus on-call 2am–7am) at an inpatient hospice unit.
Responsibilities include supervising clinical teams, managing staff development, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Ideal candidates have an Idaho RN license, 2+ years hospice experience, supervisory background, and preferably a BSN and CHPN certification.
