Position available in Lansing, MI, with flexible part-time or full-time hours, primarily daytime, M-F. Responsibilities include providing psycho-social assessments, diagnoses, and treatment via individual, group, and family therapy for nursing home residents, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexibility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and documentation per Medicare standards. Offer autonomy, clinical support, modern electronic charting, and a dedicated practice manager. Qualifications include LMSW, full state licensure, 1-2 years’ experience preferred, especially in healthcare/nursing homes, with strong communication skills and tech proficiency.
