Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment planning, and communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Essential functions include developing individualized treatment programs, documenting services accurately, supervising staff, and contributing to a collaborative care environment. The role involves ensuring safety, maintaining professional development, and fostering a positive facility culture.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, current licensure, and 2-3 years of rehab experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred. The position is full-time, in person, with pay ranging from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour.
