Seeking full-time Speech Therapists (ST) and CFYs to join a post-acute care team providing PT, OT, and ST services in a convalescent hospital setting.
Offers competitive pay starting at $48/hr. for CFYs and $52/hr. for licensed STs, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The SLP ensures care compliance with professional standards, community needs, and federal/state guidelines, serving as a patient advocate and promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Requirements include a Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, valid licensure, CPR certification, with 1+ year of experience preferred. CFY candidates are considered.
