We are seeking a part-time or PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide mobile FEES evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health settings.
- Conduct personalized swallowing assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe swallowing strategies and diet modifications
- Maintain infection control standards by sanitizing FEES equipment
- Accurately document evaluations and progress using our EMR system
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, FL licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP, and FEES training (preferred). At least 2 years of dysphagia experience in medical settings and reliable transportation are required. Preferred experience includes mobile diagnostics, home health, and familiarity with MBSS, VitalStim, or NMES.
