Licensed Clinical Therapist (Master’s Degree)

The Assistant Clinical Director supports clinical leadership at a licensed residential treatment center for adolescent girls aged 12–17.

Assist in overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing, accreditation standards, and trauma-informed practices.

Support development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and clinical policies.

Monitor clinical documentation, supervise a caseload of six students, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

Participate in staff supervision, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare for audits, and support risk management efforts.

Qualifications: Master’s in a mental health field, current Utah license or license-eligible, at least 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or residential settings, strong leadership and knowledge of licensing standards.
