We are seeking a full-time Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP)—PA-C or APRN—to join our primary care team in Idaho.
This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based primary care across all ages in a team-based, collaborative environment. The provider will partner with a paired clinician, ensuring continuity of care, shared patient panels, and cross-coverage, all while supporting work-life balance with a 4-day workweek and protected patient care hours.
Responsibilities include patient education, clinical judgment, documentation, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Candidates should be licensed in Idaho or able to obtain licensure and DEA registration, with preferred experience in primary or family medicine.
