Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.

Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.

Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education on wound management.

Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.

Work independently with flexible scheduling, supporting improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications include licensure as NP or PA in Virginia, with wound care or home health experience preferred. Strong clinical skills, communication, and reliable transportation are required. Benefits include competitive pay, flexible hours, health insurance, and PTO.
