We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.
Responsibilities include:
Providing advanced wound evaluations, treatments, and follow-up care at patient locations
Performing bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes
Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Documenting encounters accurately using EMR systems
Educating patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention
Contributing to care planning to reduce rehospitalizations
Qualifications:
Virginia-licensed NP or PA; wound care experience preferred but training available
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Reliable transportation and driver’s license; home health experience a plus
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
