Seeking a Director of Social Services for a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Placerville, CA. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with an expected salary range of $92,816–$115,000, depending on experience and location.
Responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the Social Services Department, including clinical and administrative functions. Supervises staff, manages admissions/discharges, and collaborates with local agencies and hospitals to ensure continuum of care. Ensures compliance with regulations, maintains quality assurance, and participates in strategic planning. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license, supervisory experience, and relevant direct service experience. Requires strong knowledge of mental health, leadership skills, and the ability to develop policies. Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified. Physical demands include occasional lifting and movement, with work primarily in an inpatient setting. In-person work required.
