Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Naples, FL, starting March 1, 2026.

Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, and family therapy; completing clinical documentation; collaborating on treatment plans; providing crisis intervention; and participating in meetings and trainings.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling or related field, active Florida LCSW or LMHC license, experience with diverse populations, strong assessment and treatment skills; CBT (Insomnia) experience is a plus.

Pay ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k) matching, health & dental insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and vision insurance.
