This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position offers a $4,000 signing bonus and benefits including health insurance, paid holidays (school and federal), PTO, sick leave, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and Health Savings Account. The role is a 10-month position (August–May) working collaboratively with OTs, PTs, and other SLPs to serve K-12+ students with developmental disabilities, including AAC users. Key duties include providing direct and consultative speech therapy, evaluating students, developing individualized plans, programming communication devices, participating in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings, monitoring student progress, and maintaining detailed records for Medicaid billing. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid Arizona SLP certification and license, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and eligibility for Medicaid billing. Preferred qualifications include an AZ Hearing Screening Certificate. The work environment may involve moderate to loud noise and students exhibiting challenging behaviors. Salary is $90,000 annually.
